Dragon Ball Super

Dragon ball franchise is one of the manga and anime's most favorite and most watched series of all time. Dragon Ball's main protagonist Goku has achieved quite popularity amongst the anime lover and he is often placed against the America's most famous super hero Superman.

Universe Survival Arc

Dragon ball super is still the latest of this ongoing series. Dragon ball super has now extended the Dragon ball verse into more fighters, universe, gods and even an omni god. When the Saiyan from the universe 6 transformed into super saiyan the fans were outraged to see the young fighters transforming into super saiyan in such little training so the creator of Dragon ball Akira Toriyama introduced the fans to Saiyan Cells known as S-cells. The more the generation passes the amount of S-cells increases which probably explained the fact that how the young saiyans could transform so easily.

Universe 6 Saiyans

Saiyan mentioned as human

Then at some points the Dragon Ball super anime and manga mentioned Goku as a human. So it shows that Saiyan aren't some kind of alien race but are humans from planet vegeta that are some how exposed to S-cells or experimented humans like some kind of super soldiers so they can transform into a Saiyan or a Giant Ape.

DBS anime and manga Goku is mentioned as human

Other Characters with S-Cells

The similar thing is seen throughout the series that Bio-Broly and Perfect Cell even though they are not Saiyan have a particular amount of S-Cells

Weaknesses other aliens have

Saiyans are almost like humans cause they do not get there powers from sun like kryptonians or powerless against kryptonite or afraid of fire like the martians. And if we talk about super-strength or flying ability or ki flares that is a common thing in the DB verse even human like Krillin and Master Roshi can do that
