Rap & Hip Hop Evolves into a Joke

Then, in the late 1990’s rappers became more fake. We began to see more lame and gay rappers giving this music culture a bad name and negative image. Instead of talking about movements and their histories, they turned towards degrading women. The Hip Hop movement became more about money, cars and [garden tools], than educating and inspiring.

Some prime, and extremely popular examples include Lil Wayne, Drake, and T.I. To many critics of the new rap and Hip Hop world, they are perfect examples of lame, fake, gay rappers. All they do is rap about how “whack” their baby mamas are, [garden tools], lots of drugs, and how they came from the bottom.

They’re mainstream rappers. But, in reality, their music is giving the rap and Hip Hop culture and bad image all the way around. And because of it, the original culture is essentially in silence. No longer are the days of a music filled with power and promise… struggle and solutions… beats without violence.

Who are the Original Hip Hoppers

Those of us who grew up listening to the original mainstream rap music… back in the late 70s and early 80s… we are the Original Hip Hoppers. And, we’re expecting a major change in the new rap and Hip Hop scene, thanks to the upcoming NWA Biopic.

As with anything in life, you must know your history in order to prepare for the future. It’s time for the 90s babies and millennials to understand the history behind the most diverse type of music ever created. Learning the true history, what rap and Hip Hop was all about, its purpose, its meaning… will lead to an awakening in the minds of the new Hip Hoppers.

All the fake skinny jean rappers who degrade women and think they are the top dogs will slowly be weeded out. Rap and Hip Hop will go back to the way it once was, thanks to the Straight Outta Compton movie.

‘Straight Outta Compton’ to Change the Course of Rap & Hip Hop

The NWA Biopic, Straight Outta Compton, promises to give us an inside look at what rap and Hip Hop should have evolved into over the years… That’s if these lame little skinny jeans wearing fools would have kept their two cents out of it.

It’s plotted in the mid-1980s, on the streets of Compton, California. Five men decide to turn to explore music as a new hustle. They chose to rap about abusive cops (F* _ Police), their experiences (Boyz in the Hood), hence giving a voice to a once quiet generation at the time.

NWA Biopic to Create Value within Newer Generations

Straight Outta Compton is expected to lead the newer rap and Hip Hop generations, to look at the culture more closely. Is it important to degrade women and be a part of the problem for current and future generations? Or, is it more important to create a movement of value with your music and gather a following that thrives?

As Original Hip Hoppers, it’s important that we break the silence within our culture, which we cherish so deeply. Let’s break the silence and join Ice Cube and Dr. Dre in using this NWA biopic, and our voices, to change the worlds of rap and Hip Hop forever!
