I use to really enjoy watching Bewitched when growing up. In fact I even wrote an essay about in when I was in school.

Nice hub, brought back some nice memories for me.

Hi again! Thanks for answering my question. I am glad that it led me to this hub! I never knew so many characters were replaced in Bewitched. I did know about the two Darrins.

Lucy Ball was an amazing comic actress. She was a beautiful woman but wasn't afraid of stomping grapes, making faces, or physical comedy. They just don't make TV like that anymore! I definitely saw her influence in the Carole Burnett show and Absolutely Fabulous.

I grew up with Lucy and Desi so I watched the original shows. The show I liked best from that era, though, was Our Miss Brooks, starring Eve Arden. I still love watching it when I have the opportunity.

'I Love Lucy' and 'Bewitched' were two of my favorite t.v. shows back in the day. I can't believe how long they aired. T.V. shows don't last very long these days.

One of my favorite Lucy Shows was the one where she and Ethel are working at a candy factory and can't keep up. They stuff their faces with chocolates as the conveyor belt gets faster and faster.

      Fun hub!
