He has been a pioneer in the dance music scene with his ground-breaking 'A State of Trance' radio show that has been on air for over 10 years now. The Face of Trance Music

Armin van Buuren is undoubtedly the global face of Trance music. While many other high profile DJs including Tiesto and Matt Darey have changed their native musical styles, Armin has shouldered the expectations of the worldwide Trance fraternity. He has still managed to innovate however, and his sounds have evolved over the years.

Armin's fans throng his shows in every country, often following him from one country to another, in order to be present during his performances.

Interesting hub, as I am afraid that I hadn't heard of Armin van Buuren or trance music prior to reading this. I think it's my age (oh no!), but I enjoyed learning.
