Dil Becharaa Review
The Actor Sushant Singh Rajput
The versatile actor, Sushant Singh Rajput became famous from television series and gradually left his remark in various roles in Bollywood movies as well. He had given so many superhits to Bollywood in both lead roles as well as supporting roles in the movies like Kai Po Che (based on Chetan Bhagat's bestseller 'The 3 mistakes of my life'), Shudh Desi Romance (A Romantic Comedy), PK (A super-duper hit satirical comedy-drama), Detective Byomkesh Bakshy (mysterious action thriller), M S Dhoni: The Untold Story (A biopic of the former Indian National Cricket Team Captain which was one of the biggest hit of the year 2016), Raabta (action romance film), Kedarnath (A sweet romantic drama), Sonchiriya (Action film), Chhichhore (a motivational comedy-drama) and Drive ( A thriller heist film).
This so talented actor couldn't stand the bullies and the dirty game of nepotism in bollywood and had to end his life on 14th of June by hanging himself just a few days before the release of the movie.
New Face Sanjana Sanghi
This sweet looking girl from the movie who is shown as a cancer patient has worked in a few movies like Rockstar, Hindi Medium and Fukrey Returns as a child artist.
Sanjana has debuted as the main heroine in Dil Bechara opposite Sushant Singh Rajput. She has given a great justice to her role as a young lover who was suffering from thyroid cancer.
A Story of True Love
The story starts with a lonely girl who is suffering from thyroid cancer and wishes to enjoy her life like the other girls. She misses something very essential to live a normal life, love from someone special.
She meets a boy who too had suffered from cancer and his leg was amputated because of that. She gradually falls in love with that cheerful and lively boy. Both of them really enjoyed the time with each other, either in the class or in the hospital. But further sequences of the story makes us feel that love indeed is the strongest emotion in the world. The relation between the two main characters shows that it doesn't matter whether we are going to live a hundred years or ten years, love is never enough for us.
I was so engrossed in the love story that I felt it was my own story. I cried in their pain and laughed at the humorous scene created by the lively protagonist. Ironically, as he died of cancer in the movie, he had died in real by hanging himself. A kind of strange attraction was there with the departed soul.
