Dog Inherits Millions

Updated on November 10, 2012

Sky news called it "THE RICH BITCH", a chihuahua gets 3 million in trust fund and a place to live worth 8.5 million. When Ms. Posner daughter of corporate takeover artist Victor Posner died in March at the age of 67, she left behind a huge inheritance in name of Conchita her favorite dog. Dogs weren't the only one getting lucky that day, her guards, housekeepers and personal staff were left 26 million dollars according to her will.

This led to a lawsuit filed against every beneficiary by Posner's son Bret Carr. Who claims that her mother was drudged and forced to sign this will. Experts say that wills like these have been thrown out of court in past, but Mr.Bret Carr's bad reputation may have bad influence on this case.

Bret Carr is only getting about a million dollar in inheritance money. I am not convinced that Bret Carr is true about his conspiracy theory. Ms. Posner in past has clearly mentioned on number of occasions that she loves her dog very much, in fact she wanted to buy her a range rover for transport to SPA sessions.

If Bret Carr is so concerned now then why wasn't he around when her mother was dying or writing the will. There was a very Nobel lady in the news a few weeks a go, who left her life's saving for her town's development and scholarships. Ms. Posner also left a very big amount of charity dedicated to animal shelter, breast cancer and suicide prevention causes. So it seems like a very legitimate will that benefits almost every one associated with Ms. Posner.

"Bret Carr you got owned by a Bitch".

Moral of the story is that there are great people in this world with kind and generous hearts but sometime their own don't realize that.

Do you think Ms. Posner's will is fair?

When told, "You are going to the dogs," it may be a compliment. Unintended consequences...
