Gotham Season 1 Episode 3: Baloon Man -Review

This episode is OK, though not great. I sympathize with the Balloon Man, to a degree. He has a valid point, but some of the people he targets for death didn't actually kill anyone themselves, though they were undoubtedly scum. The Penguin gets more awesome with each episode. The psycho killer role he played at first didn't feel like the criminal mastermind we love, but the guy he's becoming is getting there more with each episode. Gordan is always fun to watch, and Bullock gets a bit more likeable with each episode, also. I like Fish, and Jada Pinkett does that role well, but I also feel she is taking screen time from better villains, a bit.
