Guitars come in many shapes, sizes, string numbers and brand names. Just like your favorite cereal, car, shoe company or whatever other kind of products you use...guitar brands play an important role in our lives as Guitar Players. There are Hundreds of Guitar Brands in world, and it can be a guessing game on which one will work best for what you are trying to accomplish musically.
There are a few things that come to mind when I am looking for a New Guitar.
- Is the brand reliable?
- Does the brand have multiple shapes and designs?
- Is the wood they use good quality?
- Do they have the option for 6 string, 7 string or 8 string?
well, luckily for you, I have compiled a list of the Guitar Brands you Need in your collection right now. Some of them you may have had in your collection at some point, but they need to be reintroduced. So put your previous bias opinions aside and enjoy!

First on our list is ESP Guitars. ESP is a Japanese Company founded in 1975 by Hisatake Shibuya. These guitars comes in many different designs and shapes. Their quality it amazing and reliable. It's pretty amazing when a brand can last for 40 years. This shows an amazing testament to their customer service and quality.

PRS (Paul Reed Smith) is an American Made Guitar founded in 1985 by founder Paul Reed Smith (go figure, huh?)
Over 600,000 followers on Facebook is a great way to show their support from their fans. These guitars are known for their amazing play-ability and outstanding craftsmanship.

Dean Guitars is an American Made Guitar founded in 1977 by Dean Zelinsky. Dean has probably some of the most recognizable sponsored artists including the Late-Great Dimebag Darrell. They have roughly over 250,000 followers on their facebook page, which is pretty amazing for a guitar company.

While Filming "The Hateful Eight" Kurt Russel mistakenly smashed a priceless 1870's Martin Guitar, that was loaned to the set by the Martin Museum. He forgot he was holding the original and before they had a chance to replace it with a replica, it was smashed. Their reactions on film were real. Martin Museum has been quoted "the company will no longer loan guitars to movies under any circumstance"
