Movie Review: 'Harry & Meghan: A Royal Romance' on Lifetime
'Harry & Meghan: A Royal Romance'
The Lifetime movie Harry & Meghan: A Royal Romance will air on May 13, 2018 at 8 p.m. just six days before the couple gets married in real life at St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle.
Parisa Fitz-Henley, who looks like Meghan Markle, plays the bride to be in the upcoming movie. However, Murray Fraser doesn't look like Prince Harry. He did dye his hair red to look similar. Also, the Scottish native changes his voice to sound like he is from England.
The Movie
The Lifetime movie will take viewers through the journey beginning when Meghan met Prince Harry on a blind date in July 2016 through their engagement in November 2017.
The movie will end there without showing any of the wedding details because the wedding will not have taken place when the movie is released.

The Actors
The characters are not well known, but they might be after the movie airs in May.
Parisa Fitz-Henley is a 40-year-actress known for her role on NBC’s Midnight, Texas and Netflix’s Jessica Jones. In an interview, she said after seeing the engagement interview, she called her agent and told him that she wanted to play the part of Meghan Markle if a movie was ever produced about her. When viewers see the movie, they will admit that Parisa is the perfect person for the role.
Her portrayal will make up for Murray Fraser who doesn't look like Prince Harry. Even though the 24-year-old actor is from Scotland, he did change his voice to sound like Prince Harry as well as dying his hair red and growing a beard.
There is a wider gap in the ages of the actors than it is between the ages of the real couple. While Meghan is only three years older than Prince Harry, Parisa is 16 years older than her co-star. When they are together, the age difference isn't quite obvious.
Fraser is a newcomer. His first role last year was in the ITV mini-series The Loch.
Parisa Fitz-Henley as Meghan Markle
Parisa Fitz-Henley is starring as Meghan Markle. She is ideal for the part because she looks like 36-year-old Meghan even though Parisa is 40 years old from Kingston, Jamaica and Meghan is 36 years old from Los Angeles, California who now lives in London, England with Prince Harry, the fifth in line to the throne.
Both women are biracial with long dark hair and brown eyes. Meghan has a black mother and a white father, and Parisa's parents are just the opposite. She has a white mother and a black father. The parents of both of women divorced when they were young.
Both women have a lot in common including having had bad experiences of being biracial actresses.

There has been a lot of publicly during Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's journey to the altar. Lifetime is doing viewers a favor by sharing with them the royal couple's romantic journey.
Prince William and Kate Middleton's Movies
It is not unusual for Lifetime to launch a movie about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. The network did the same thing when Prince William and Kate Middleton got married in April 2011. In fact, there were two movies about the journey to the altar.
One movie aired on Lifetime and one movie aired on the Hallmark channel. Both movies had some of the same things including their on again off again relationship when they were students at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. They dated much longer than Prince Harry and Meghan did before they decided to marry.
