Sometimes it is difficult to smile because we are going through a stress. or physical pain that we have. Everything related to stress has a solution and physical pain most of the time has a solution too.

  1. Listen to pleasant music.
  2. Call a friend when your feelings are sad.
  3. Go out and do something fun.
  4. Look on the internet for free entertainment. On local events for free.
  5. Keep positive thought and good friends that are positive.

If you are not happy with your smile. You need to see a Dentist. He can improve your smile by doing some cosmetic dental work. Cosmetic changes your looks from bad teeth to good looking teeth.
