James Coburn Top 10 Movie Trivia

Updated on August 25, 2015

James Coburn (1928-2002) was one of the most famous movie "tough guys" of the 1960s and 1970s. He is often put in the same category as other tough guys....Lee Marvin and Charles Bronson. His movie career lasted from 1959's Ride Lonesome to 2001's Monsters, Inc. During that 42 year career he appeared in many classic movies.

My favorites would be 1963's The Great Escape and Charade. 1964's The Americanization of Emily. 1966's Our Man Flint and 1972's Duck You Sucker....which also goes by the title A Fistful of Dynamite. In 1998,Coburn won a Best Supporting Actor Oscar for Affliction. This page will be listing the Top 10 of James Coburn's movie career. You will get lots of tables that look at Coburn's biggest box office hits, his top reviewed movies, his movies that got the most Oscar love and his worst reviewed movies.
