The stories started out with a girl moving from Phoenix Arizona to Forks Washington to live with her father while her mother and step father traveled for her step fathers professional baseball career. Upon coming to Forks she becomes enrolled in school and ends up meeting Edward. Needless to say she found out that he was a Vampire and they ended up falling in love. Later on in the books you find out that Jacob is a Werewolf. They end up in a love triangle. But that is all I am going to say about that for all of you that have never read or watched any of the movies!

This story begins with a human girl who lost her family and was turned by one of the oldest vampires named Victor. For centuries Selene blamed the Lycans for murdering her family and she vowed to hunt them into extinction. But then she met Michael who was a human who got turned into a Lycan by Lucien. Selene knew that falling for a Lycan would be a death sentence for them both, but they fell for each other anyways. But you'll have to watch the movies to find out the rest!

The story starts out with Rose and Lisa having been on the run for quite some time, when they get captured and taken back to the Vampire Academy. Upon returning to the Academy, Lisa went back to being her royal self and Rose went back to her Guardian training. Lisa ended up falling head over heels for Christian (Moroi) while Rose ended up falling head over heels for her teacher Dimitri (Dhampir, turned Strigoi, turned back to a Dhampir) They went through many ups and downs and plenty of obstacles. So go read the series!

Sofia (human) was kidnapped on the eve of her seventeenth birthday. Taken to an island where the sun is eternally forbidden to shine, Sofia becomes a human slave. Sofia becomes one of the few chosen to become a part of Derek's Harem, who incidentally turns out to be the dark prince of the island. Instead of Derek treating Sofia like his usual slaves, he treats her like an equal and they eventually fall for each other. As you can see I have read most of the series, but I still have yet to completely finish it. So go check it out!

The story begins in the fictional town of Mystic Falls, Virginia, a town charged with supernatural history since its settlement of migrants from New England in the late 18th century. It follows the life of Elena Gilbert, a teenage girl who had just lost both her parents in a car accident, as she falls in love with a 162 year old vampire named Stefan Salvatore. The Carpathian Book Series
The carpathian series is about a bunch of different, if unique vampires that wield different abilities. The males have to find the other half of their souls, meaning they have to find their woman. After a few centuries the males lose the ability to see in color or to even feel emotions, making them lethal enough to kill the vampires. Only once finding their lifemates do the color and emotions return to them. It is a great series!
