Sexy Men of Pine Valley
Soap Opera's Finest
These men that I’ll be
referring to is on the daytime soap opera called “All My Children,” it was
first premier on ABC network back in January of 1970, the storyline focuses on
the residents of Pine Valley, Pennsylvania,
a suburb of Philadelphia.
I have watched this soap opera for many years, and throughout the years there
have been many good looking men that have played on this soap opera that I have
become fond of, and will always remember with fondness although some have since left the show.
The show is being cancelled after 41 years on the air, it is schedule to be
off the air as of September 2011, they will be missed by many, many adoring
fans including myself.
His character name is Jackson Montgomery, and he’s a lawyer. Jackson is a tall, sexy and romantic man, and his love interest on the show is the infamous Erica Kane whose name in real life is just as infamous, the famous Susan Lucci. He has been on the soap opera from1987- present time, he’s "an oldie but a goodie" as they say. This is a man that is handsome, smart, intelligent, sophisticated and loyal, and I love how he loves and value commitment in a relationship. His love for Erica has been timeless, she has jerked him around and passed him over many times for other men, but his loyalty and love has remained steadfast. How many women would kill for that type of love and adoration from a man who loves them? The character of the man he portraits is what makes him so endearing to me.
Best known on the show as Jesse Hubbard, he played that role from 1981-2011. His love interest on the show is his wife, the one and only Angie Hubbard, played by Debbie Morgan. Jesse is a very charismatic, funny, easy going, and strong-willed young man, and it doesn’t hurt that he’s also good looking and romantic too. He’s chief of police, a husband, a father, and a pillar of the community on the show. He’s cool under pressure and he’s very loyal to his friends and family, I would love to have someone of his caliber in my life.
Keith Hamilton Cobb
He played Noah Keefer from 1994-1996.
What can I say about this hunk of a man but HOTTTTT! He’s intense, passionate, and terrible sexy-he oozes with sex appeal, and he has a body that just won't quit. His love interest on the show was Julia Santos who’s real name is Sidney Penny, which he eventually married on the show.
His character name is Zach Slater, and he played in this role from 2004-2010.
Zach is married to Kendall Hart on the show and is the father of two small boys Ian and Spike, he’s also a clever business man and the owner of a casino. He’s as genuine a man as he is an actor, and I love his down to earth attitude and personality. Zach loves unconditionally from the heart and he is non judgmental, when he loves you, he just loves you with warts and all. Zach is very loving, romantic, strong, passionate, and smart; he has a very serious nature about him, I guess you could say he's the strong silent type, and he’s also very protective of his family. His character is one that I looked forward to seeing everyday, he has that something special that keeps me hook. The soap has not been the same since he left the show.
His character name is Edmund Grey, he played a dashing world-renown reporter, from 1992-2005. His love interested and wife was Dr. Maria Santos played by Eva LaRue, whom he later married in real life. He was the epitome of a committed family man, handsome, loving, stable, dependable and trustworthy. He’s my kind of a guy.
Played Dimitri Marick from 1991-2001. He played a wealthy millionaire whose love interest was also Erica Kane, he was married to her twice on the show. Dimitri was my all time favorite, he’s all that and more in my eyes and I love how he played his character. He’s a very sexy man and he commands those love scenes, I couldn’t help but to wish that I was his love interest.
Michael E. Knight
Tad Martin 1982-1986, 1988-1990, 1992-2011
What can I say about Tad the player of Pine Valley, his nick name is "Tad the Cad", that says it all doesn't it? Tad is a very mellow guy with a very humorous personality and very charming as well, he knows how to get the ladies feeling good. Although Tad had his fair share of women his main love interest on the show has been Dixie Cooney (Cady McClain), who he eventually married, even the wild ones can be tamed. Today on the show he’s a private detective, father, widow and new husband to Cara Castillo (Lindsay Hartley). Tad has been married 7 times on the show, three of which was to Dixie Cahoon Martin, his all time soul mate and love. Tad has a big heart, very loving, caring and very charming, I love his playfulness.
He plays the cunning and very devious Dr. David Hayward of Pine Valley hospital, from 1997-2006, 2008-present. David is the ultimate bad boy- the one you love to hate and hate to love, he's a heart breaker. David love interest and wife is Greenlee Smythe (Rebecca Budig) He has 9 lives like a cat because he always overcome every adversity that came his way and bounce back stronger than before, he's like a Phoenix that's constantly rising from the ashes. David plays a prominent heart specialist-cardiologist/cardiac surgeon and he thinks very highly of himself, he's very opinionated, self assured, cocky, and has a brilliant mind. He's a passionate man and he goes after every gusto in life, he has a soft side as well but he does not allow that side of him to be seen very often. His soft spot is for his children, he had four daughters and three died, his relationship with his remaining daughter is very strained because he's the ultimate consummate liar.
These are but a few of my sweet sensations, the very sexy men of All My Children soap opera whom I find very entertaining, captivating, and sexy. I am aware that not everyone will agree with my choice in men, but it is my choice. These men are between the age of 49- 66 at the present time and they are of my era, it was a pleasure to have known them as soap opera stars and I wish them all the best in life.
Who is your sweet sensation on All My Children?
