The Best Top Ten Trance Music Songs and Tunes of all Time playlist (May 2012)

The month May 2012 of my best top ten trance music songs and tunes are full of epic trance tracks. I had it quite hard to make this ranking, because all of them very so good! Nonetheless, I managed to make a playlist with the top ten trance songs in May 2012. I am especially proud of my last two songs that I could unearth two classics. Number two is out of 2004 and number one I don't know, but this is an exceptional classical trance masterpiece. But don't hop directly to these. Listen and enjoy the full playlist of the best top ten trance music songs and tunes of May 2012!

And as usual feel free to share it on Facebook with your friends if you liked it! :D

10. Trance - Come Home (Remix)

Trance - Come Home (Remix)

And my top ten trance music songs and tracks of May 2012 are opened by this massive trance song!!
some of you might know "come home" from other remixes, but this one is by far the most epic trance remix. It has a nice opening in the first half minute, where then the vocals begin. The epic beats and bass start at about 0:55. My favourite part is at 1:43 where the bass epically fades in with the singer singin simultaneously. What a great trance remix!

9. Trance - Hymn

Trance - Hymn

A rather classic trance track (it has been uploaded on YouTube in 2009, but there might be an earlier upload). It has a good flow and at 1:15 the vocals set in again, harmonizing perfectly with the beats and bass. The vocals also have something powerful about themselves.

8. Verano (Deepforces Remix) - Abfahrt

Verano (Deepforces Remix) - Abfahrt

We continue our top ten trance music songs and tracks with a hard trance one by no one else then Deepforces!
"Abfahrt" is a German word for departure. It has these remarkable beats and bassline which are typical for Deepforces. At 1:28 approximately, there is a harmonic break down, but as soon as this break-down is over, the massive beats fade in again and this song becomes a wicked headbanging trance track!

7. Anthem Trance Techno - The Message

Anthem Trance Techno - The Message

Don't intimitated by the length of this hard trance track. It is such a beauty. Every single second.
The intro is fairly time-consuming, but there are steadily more bass and synths and melodies added to it. The point of inlection must happen around 2:18, where slowly the way to the climax is introduced. There again, it gains on dynamic and impact and at 3:00, a small break-down occurs, which is followed by a harmonic part. After 4:00, the exposition occurs with more and more intense beats. It will get more and more powerful and simply will put you in the old hard trance feeling. I hope you get "the message".

6. Alphazone - Flashback

Alphazone - Flashback

I should note that epic trance is wrong in this case. Of course, it is epic. It wouldn't be in this top ten ranking, otherwise, but flashback is a typical hard trance track. Another thing to mention is that this is the cut version, where the introduction was left out.
It has an intensive climating part and the orgasmic part is reached at 1:23. Thenceforward, this song is purely epic and I can only advise you not to headbang too much ;P.

5. Händel - Sarabande (Classical Trance)

Händel - Sarabande (Classical Trance)

Look what new I discovered. Classical trance! The one who started this must have been a genius! By combining classic music with trance, the contemporary "classic" music (-> uplifting trance for example), emerged such a beautiful, aestathical, deep and indescribable music.
Truly, something for the belle human soul. I cannot put something in words, that has been created, because it was not possible to describe and excite such a feeling.
Another, even more astonishing classical trance piece, is the trance remix of vivaldi which is number one in my top ten trance ranking. But don't hop to number one right away. Enjoy everything, so you will experience the entire impact of the last song.

4. Hatsune Miku - Midnight Dreams (Original)

Hatsune Miku - Midnight Dreams (Original)

We continue with vocaloid trance featuring Hatsune Miku!
This vocaloid trance song has a good beat which is in perfect harmony with the voice of Miku. Although the beats are rather strong and intense Miku's voice makes this to a wonderful uplifting trance song even though it might not be the embodiment of a trance song. At 2:45, the whole character changes of this trance song. It becomes more anthem and party-like, which also calms down. But the real release is at 4:20 or so, which round up the whole trance song.

3. Lisa Lashes - Overloaded

Lisa Lashes - Overloaded

I discovered my good tracks by Lisa Lashes this month. But I decided only to take one of her so my trance playlist is more varied. Her styles are varied, but this one is a hard trance track.
At 2:30, the way is set free for the release and afterwards, it becomes so mindblowing with the strong bass. After this, there will be a rather short harmonic input which is followed second rather shorter release in comparison with the first one.

2. Baced! vs. Ace's Delight - Witness

Baced! vs. Ace's Delight - Witness

This is the ultimately mind-blowing old school hard trance track from the year 2004.
I almost shed manly tears of joy when I discovered this non plus ultra super epic hard trance track.
It has a narrator who I didn't like at first, but if you listen to what he says and connect it with the part of the hard trance track then it is well-made. The first part is coined by this heavy, devastating beat. Damn it, I didn't know at that time that it will get even more epic. At 2:31, there is a very harmonic and calming part. Entirely the opposite of what you have heard before. There is even that opera singing. But brace yourself. The ultimate and probably greatest release you have heard occurs at 4:15 after an exciting, climating exposition.

By the way, this song was also the inducer (and other feelings) to create my "I Hate's Playlist". Here the description:
I hate. I don't hate in disdainfullness. I hate that I fail. I hate that I don't do something. I hate that I never make the things I plan to do to fulfil mySELF. My hatred is a powerful and energetic drive that will give me the will and the power of endurance to one day achieve the state of completion as Faust (in Goethe's Faust, A Tragedy I & II)

1. Vivaldi - Trance

Vivaldi - Trance

I was so unsure which one to take as number one, but in the end, Vivaldi - Trance emerged as the number one of my top ten trance music songs and tunes of May 2012.
This song completely withdrew me. There is so much emotion, power and energy in this masterpiece! Vivaldi was a composer during the period of Baroque. This trance version of a piece called "Winter" (I think) is simply perfect. It has depth, uniqueness and a timeless feeling.
My favorite parts starts, besides that every second is my favorite part, at 2:00 and climate then to 2:25, where the one so moving and powerful part starts and ongoing. After 3:13, there is a more harmonic break but without losing the flow and feeling. At 4:14, the other favorite part starts which is even better in my opinion. It is firstly introduced, then breaks down before this unbelievable classical trance track unleashes the energy (the beast) on the listener at 5:11.
This classical trance track is without any doubt an exceptional creation what the trance world has to offer.

This is a unique posting. It reminds me of when I was taking music appreciation in college just to meet some of my general education credit requirements. I remember listening to some classics on cassette tapes, then discussing what we heard in class. The commentary is interesting. I personally liked #10. Very cool hub.
