But they also believe that Jesus, who saved them from their sins, marired his own mother, Mary, AND that he fathered many children. They believe that one his is children is a direct ancestor of Joseph Smith. They DO NOT believe in ONE GOD. They believe that God (or Elohim) was born unto an unknown God and Goddess . These are his parents, apparently. They are taught that as a man when you die, if you lived a mormon life and had a mormon marriage, you will be transcended to your own planet where you will become a god yourself. if you are a woman, your husband has to grant permission for you to come to his planet where you will bear spirit children. I guess these spirit children will populate your celestial planet. This is sacrilegious and against the teachings of christianity where it is clear there is ONE GOD. -2Was this answer helpful?
