Synopsis: Two wealthy brothers put hereditary versus environment to the test when a wall street hotshot swaps lives with a con-man over a bet.
Fact: Frank Oz, Miss Piggy voice as well as mediocre director, plays an almost identical role as he did in The Blues Brothers.
Trivia: Ralph Bellamy and Don Ameche reprise the Duke Brothers role in a cameo appearance in Coming to America. They were homeless and were given money by Eddie Murphy's character.
Movie Mistake: When Billy Ray is at the restaurant with the Duke's, listening to the 'S Car Go' joke, the Duke's are eating dessert at the beginning and dinner at the end of the brief rib tickler.
My Take: This is one of my favorite movies and is on the over 100+ viewed list. I first saw Trading Places when I was a kid and wanted to live in that investment world. I then watched it because of it's timeless humor, now I watch it because its an effin great flick.
