Ever start singing a song and find out you have the words all wrong? I have many times!
It is easy to hear the music (especially in rock and roll) a bit better than the words. It may seem embarrassing to get caught singing a song wrong around other people. But, the good news is that most of us do it, and its a lot of fun!

The real song is Forever in Blue Jeans by Neil Diamond.I also thought is was about a Rev. and what he wore. No wonder I got funny looks when I sang this as a youngster.

The real song is Ziggy Stardust by David Bowie. He really sings "making love with his ego". LOL David aka Ziggy Stardust, was weird but not that weird!

The real song was Purple Haze by Jimmy Hendrix. I grew up thinking that Jimmy sang that. LOL. No, actually he was singing " Excuse me while I kiss THE SKY ". I didn't know that until I read the book with that title.
