50 Cent is an American rapper, entrepreneur, investor and actor from South Jamaica of Queens, NY. He became famous with the release of his albums, "Get Rich or Die Tryin", which was certified platinum 8 times in 2003 and "The Massacre" in 2005. In 2002, 50 Cent was discovered by Eminem and signed to Interscope Records where he would be mentored by Eminem and Dr. Dre.
G-Unit
In 2003, 50 Cent founded the record label, G-Unit which signed several artists such as Lloyd Banks, Tony Yayo and former members, Young Buck and Game.

Over the years, 50 Cent has feuded with many rappers such as Ja Rule, Fat Joe, Nas, Jadakiss, Cam'ron, Rick Ross and even former members of his own label, Young Buck and Game. Though most of the drama has been resolved, there is still an ongoing feud between 50 and Rick Ross. In fact, at the 2012 BET Awards, 50 Cent and G-Unit members, Tony Yayo and Kidd Kidd are caught on camera, beating up Gunplay, a member of Rick Ross's Maybach Music Group. Here is the footage.

Although 50 Cent has made millions from record sales and shows, he is also very business savvy. 50 Cent has a deal with Reebok to distribute sneaker for his G-Unit Clothing Line. He has also worked with Glaceau to create a vitamin water drink called Formula 50, which earned him $100 million when Coca-Cola bought Glaceau. He has also teamed up with Right Guard to create a body spray called Pure 50 RGX Body Spray and also a condom line called "Magic Stick Condoms".
50 Cent also has his own video game series called "50 Cent: Bulletproof" and it's sequel,"50 Cent: Blood in the Sand". Both were released for the Playsation and Xbox.
50 Cent has also starred in a few films such as,"Get Rich or Die Tryin", where he plays himself and "Home of The Brave", where he plays a traumatized soldier coming home from the Iraq War. Since then, he has started his own film production companies called G-Unit Films and Cheetah Vision, which landed $200 million in funding.
