Top Artist Dario Chiazzolino to Work On His New Solo Guitar Album

The Jazz World is proud to bring you this upcoming album from one of our favorite artists, the amazing Dario Chiazzolino. Not only is he considered one of the best living guitarists, if not at the very top of that list, he’s a wonderfully melodic songwriter. Of course the songs he writes are instrumentals, but Dario always likes singing through the strings of his guitar.

“When I compose music I try to write stories without words,” he says. If you listen to this, then you will understand how true it is.

His music has returned to reassure fans that his new album is coming soon, and that he's going to make sure it lives up to all the hype. In a recent Italian interview, Dario Chiazzolino revealed that he's always working on new music and has been focused on making an album that will satisfy his very patient fans.

"I am always working on new stuff," Dario said. " When I am ready I'll put it out in the way that I feel.

Since arriving on the jazz scene as a very young man with music legends as Bob Mintzer, Horacio Hernandez and Billy Cobham, guitarist, composer, and bandleader Dario Chiazzolino has established himself as one of the most creative jazz musicians in the world.

As risk-taker, he melds a singular, euphoric sense of harmony with Mediterranean and World-Music sounds and rock into progressive and contemporary jazz.

Dario has performed all over the world both as band leader and side man with many of the top American and European jazz artists including Yellow Jackets, Andy Sheppard, Dominique Di Piazza, Jason Rebello and many others. According to famous USA Magazine Guitar World, Dario particularly impresses thanks to his innovative improvisational skill. His phrasing is unpredictable and looks forward into the future.
