Why I Love Netflix For My Son

WHY I FINALLY JOINED NETFLIX

Before my son came into my life I really did not spend much money. I would not get cable, buy a cell phone, or join Netflix. Yes, I was practicing my own type of fiscal conservatism. Now I have cable, a cell phone, and Netflix. Yes, I am being my Liberal self.

Though I have been disabled for years I refused to buy a cell phone. I have a transportation service — here in New York — called Access-A-Ride, and I really could use a cell phone to call the company when my bus would be very late. I have been left for hours waiting for a service more than once, so I knew I had to get one, because my child would almost always be traveling with me. So, I had to get a cell phone.

NETFLIX HAS CLASSIC CARTOONS

I ordered cable for the variety of entertainment choices I could choose for my child. So why Netflix? Well, one of the reasons is because, about two years ago my son seemed bored with everything on cable that he seen, and he could not relate to some of the cartoons that were for older children. One day I received one of those notices from Netflix in my in-box, and decided to check it out online.

I went for the maximum coverage, which is eight at a time for $60.00 a month. Yes, that is steep, but we really do not go out to the movies, because of it, and I can order new movies for us — once they come on DVD — as well as classics.

There is no late fees. Thank God, because I would like my son to see them as much as possible before I send them back.

STREAMING MOVIES:

With the package I have — with Netflix — I can also watch movies instantly on my devices. I do not have Play Station so I cannot have it come to my TV set yet. I do have Wii for my son, but it is not opened ....

NETFLIX AND A DVD PLAYER WHILE ON VACATION, TRAVELING, AND VISITING OTHERS FOR SEVERAL HOURS IS PERFECT

I take my Netflix movies with me on vacation all the time. It is the greatest thing for my son, nieces, and my nephews who loved watching The Backyardigans.

Last year I had The Looney-Toons — with Bugs Bunny — Collections, and my sister and I watched along with the kids.

Yes, I love Netflix because it helped me entertain my bored son when he tired of everything else ....
