If you haven't seen an Ashton Kutcher film then you might be surprised! This film is extremely immature, goofy, ridiculous, and any other word along those lines. When you throw Cameron Diaz into the mix, it just gets even crazier. All in all this is a fun film.
Jack (Kutcher) and Joy (Diaz) are both completely out of luck in their lives. They are both living in NYC, don't know each other, but their lives parallel one another. Jack is about to loose his job as a furniture maker, and his boss is his father. Joy isn't rolling in the best of situations either; her rich fiancé just dumped her. So basically, these two have nothing left to loose. So, what do you think they do? Vegas baby!
Each take a friend, and head to the gambling free for all lifestyle in Las Vegas, Nevada. They run into each other by a clerical error in the hotel business and wind up hitting the bars together as a foursome.
By the next morning they are hitched and randomly win 3 million dollars. Now immediately, one would think annulment, settle in court. But, once they return home after their crazy-insane weekend...the judge isn't so nice. An agreement is made that they must live together as a married couple for 6 months, and no one sees any money until they fulfill the orders.
One can only imagine what goes on in this flick, but I'm telling you some of these scenes are hilarious. If you are a fan of Jim Carrey's style you'll like this flick. You'll especially like it if you appreciate Ashton and Cameron. Oh, yea, and the researcher from that show called "Surface" that was on in 2005, Lake Bell costars as Diaz's friend.
I would definately watch this one again if I caught it on television.
