I am trying to learn some ballet on my own at home. Just for fun and relaxation purposes. I also am trying to stretch out my body more and get more trim and muscular and I knew this was a great option for me.
Well take care. How old are you? The pose in your image, if you try that, could lead to muscle strain even in a fit athlete! Why don't you go to a class, and start from the beginning - or better still, try Pilates or Yoga first and see how you get on. Paula
