Best choir songs by Andrae Crouch

Updated on October 12, 2014

Andrae Crouch's greatest contributions to gospel choir music

The best choir songs out of Andrae Crouch's vast body of musical work.

Crouch has been writing, singing, and recording gospel music for over 50 years. Some of his songs are favorites of soloists, others are staples of Praise & Worship and congregational singing, and some are indispensable to the choir repertoire.

This page focuses on the choir songs, the ones that I think are his very best choir work.

I still regularly listen to almost all these tracks. One I particularly like that doesn't seem to get the attention I think it deserves is "Always Remember."

I heard Andre in concert in Birmingham, AL in the 70s. Seeing the photos of his album covers on this lens was a trip down memory lane for me. I was a big fan of his when I was in high school schollthoughand college. Although I'm no longer a religious man, I hold fond memories of Andre Crouch. I enjoyed this lens!
