If you're on this page, I'm assuming you've heard of Tom Cruise. If you haven't, where have you been?!
Tom Cruise is arguably at the top of the Hollywood A List right now, due to his award winning acting ability but also his off screen life as well. Anyway, let's not get into the latter... I'm here to talk about the best Tom Cruise movies that he's been in!
It's weird to think Cruise was making movies before I was born. Yet, he's still an active, good looking man who is still idolised by many women for his physique and looks.
My first memories of seeing Mr Cruise would either have been in Top Gun or Mission: Impossible. Both were absolutely incredible films and were a contributing factor of Tom's rise to success.
Most recently, Tom Cruise played Jack Reacher, who is a fictional character by Lee Child that I have been reading for a number of years. I can't wait to see his portrail of Reacher, as knowing Cruise's acting standards, the film will be exceptional!
Anyway, this lens is a great opportunity to share your thoughts on the best Tom Cruise movie that you've ever seen! How does it compare to mine? I'd be very interested to hear!

Top Gun (1986)
Many of my friends would suggest that Cruise's performance in Top Gun was the one that made him the celebrity A Lister that he is today! Personally, I was too young to really know this - but it certainly seems like after this film, he really started to get some great roles!
