Fable 3 Walkthrough - the first steps to ruling a country

This fable 3 walkthrough looks at the initial stages in the fable 3 video game. Fable 3 is long in the making and is finally here. In the initial stages of the game, you are given the option of choosing between a prince or princess. In this fable 3 walkthrough, the prince is chosen. What does a prince do? A prince sleeps all day and wakes up to a world of wealth and luxury, and so that is what the game starts with. Just another ordinary day in the life of a prince. Not so......

The prince is woken up by his chief servant, and asked to choose between a princely outfit or a practical outfit. The princely outfit is chosen, and gives some points towards the fashion point category (not sure what this is useful for - more on this later). Elise, the prince's childhood sweetheart awaits in the garden. In this fable 3 initial walkthrough, you are taught how to interact with the people of fable 3, including Elise. This is very important in harnessing the power of the people in building and ruling a country.

Fable 3 Walkthrough - A Dark Turn

Fable 3 initial walkthrough takes a dark turn during the day. The fable 3 story is set in the industrial era of Albion. It's somewhere between medieval fantasy and pre science fiction. The industrial revolution sets the tone of oppression on the people of Albion. The people gather at the castle to petition to King Logan. You are taken past this group and you can sign on the petition or criticize it. The prince is taken to practice swordplay. So in fact, the fable 3 initial walkthrough is really teaching the player how to navigate through the game.

King Logan does not think so pretty of the people gathering at his palace. The prince tries to help the people and King Logan "asks" the prince to choose between Elise and the people. Love or the people. Following this, the prince knows he must escape and create a revolution to take over the country.

Fable 3 Walkthrough - The Catacombs and Using Magic

The prince is taken to the catacombs and given his power by accepting a guild sigil. There is a portal, which the prince enters. Thereupon, Teresa, the guide for the Hero, explains to the prince the source of his power - the people rallying behind him, or the people being intimidated into worshiping him. The more people he has, the more powerful he becomes. He steps through another portal and learns the art of FIREBALL.

The catacombs, the escape route of the prince, is full of bats, really target practice for the prince. Fire the fireballs at the bats. Use range fireball or ring fireball. Practice magic and practice makes perfect. More on the fable 3 walkthrough, as more becomes available.
