    There is no way to download free ipod movies without the risk of getting virus.  Try download ipod movies from http://www.ipod-lounge.com  It is not free but it is safe and secure and the movies only cost a couple of dollars.  Much cheaper then paying a computer company to remove a virus from your computer.
