    The movie you're looking for is The Invisible, the 2007 version stars Justin Chatwin. In this movie he was left for dead (assumed dead) and shoved down in a drainage access. His attacker, a girl from his school, was the only one who could see him and try to find his body, which had been moved, before he was really dead.
