Wow, I never realized the prices were so different in certain places! Where I live it's about 10-11 bucks for general admission. Students get in cheaper.
Well i am from Mumbai so I used to pay Rs. 150 to 250 depends on the movie.
I dont go to the cinema, but people who do spend £12.00 GBP for a normal movie and £15.00 GBP for 3-D I believe.
Also you have to pay the price of sitting in complete darkness with the volume far too loud, watching a movie and constantly being interrupted by fun-loving youths and being starved of nicotine for no less than two hours!
Is it really worth 2 hours wages??
I use Hulu.com and Netflix.com. Hollywood movies are total crap, and not worth paying an arm and a leg for ($8-$10 for 2D, $16-$18 for 3D).

My dog Molly was rushed to Emergency Vet this AM. She suffered a stroke, but her prognosis is good, I am going to spend whatever it takes as long as she has a chance at a good quality of life.
