How does music help an individual through stress, depression, or mental health problems?
People often suffer from stress, depression, and other assorted mental problems because they have a hard time communicating how they feel about things to others.
Music is all about communicating how one feels to others; and besides that, is an art form, a sort of mathematical discipline, and a bit of a science too.
So by communicating their feelings and thoughts through the medium of music one has achieved a release from some of the burdens of stress, depression, and other forms of mental malady.
