First off, I love Blade Runner. One of the best films ever made and one of my top 5 of all time. And I'm talking about the Final Cut.
Now. Despite whatever interview took place and judging by only what's presented in the film -- is there enough evidence to prove that Deckard was indeed a Replicant?
My answer: yes.
- There's the unicorn memory.
- When Deckard asked about the fail safe and life span, Bryant held a knowing gaze at Deckard.
- When he said someone would come after Rachel and as he walked off during Rachel's medium close-up, we saw the Replicant eyes in Deckard.
That's all I could conjure up. If you agree he's a Replicant, did you find any other clues?
If you don't agree, why?
I think they wanted to keep you guessing…the book kind of biases my perception.
