The Mad Max movies are going to hold you on the edge of your seat.

There has been a strong interest in apocalyptic and post-apocalyptic stories since the beginning of time and now are resurfacing again with the rash of movie zombie fiction being released.

The Mad Max movies can take credit for much of the attention to this genre.

The Mad Max movies focus on a future filled with cyberpunks running wild, which for some strange reason, appealed to movie fans world wide. There are many films which define the cyber-punk genre but this one sits pretty much at the top of the list.

Mad Max 3 Beyond Thunderdome

Max is back in Mad Max 3 Beyond Thunderdome and this time he has to contend with Tina Turner. Tina is a lady that you just know is gonna light up any screen which she graces with her dynamic presence.

Mad Max travels to a place called Bartertown where he must fight the cyberbaddies in the Thunderdome. After the battle he is thrown back out into the desert where he encounters a group of children who mistake him for their savoir.
