Mark first rose to fame as a teenage hip hop superstar. Mary Mark and the Funky Bunch became very well known and had many hit songs. It wasn't until he released his Good Vibrations music video that people started to notice how ripped this kid really was.

Mark split up his workout so on one day he worked his legs, back, biceps and on the other day he trained his chest, shoulders, triceps. Below are sample exercise for each workout.
