Synth Single Review: “Miami Nights’’ by HeartBeatHero
HeartBeatHero’s Miami Nights captures gentle nostalgia as it unfolds. The track starts as huge bass looms and snarls while rainy street sounds fill the background. Melancholy, broadly echoing notes are joined by rapidly throbbing, undulating drums and bass as the track flows. Hollow synth rushes with a sense of barely contained danger as shimmering strings trip through the music with a light touch and the drums bounce.
The lead synth voice carries a melody that is gentle and a little wistful as widely rebounding notes flare and drums quickly trip past. The drum beat returns to its hitching flow as the distant sounds shift with ethereal lightness. The sharply wandering synth is joined by tranquil, levitating flutes that roam with mournful grace.
A sparkling electronic shine flickers through the music as the lower synth slices. Bell-like sounds hang in the air as the bass disappears while the drums throb unevenly. String-like notes dance with clean elegance before the track comes to an end.
