Synth Single Review: “The Gift’’ by GammaFlow

GammaFlow’s The Gift is an auditory journey into a remarkable and beautiful world. The track begins as evenly bouncing vibrations move along with delicately crystalline chimes. The beat is thick and powerful, contrasting with the filigreed brightness of diamond notes that vibrate above it. The low cadence is gigantic while a levitating higher synth creates refracted brilliance as wobbling tones float past.

A surreal world is evoked, one of iridescence and opalescent shine, punctuated by a powerful force. A slicing synth gives off pearlescent light, and ethereal bells transport me away to deep caves full of translucent stalactites clustered around pools of limpid water. Tiny fish dart through the pure aquatic scenery as expansive notes tremble.

A raised synth shines out with internal illumination, like an otherworldly gem, while the steady beat forms pulsating patterns. As the bending notes float, my mind is transported to a secret underground realm through which fae beings move, showing me the gift they hold.
