Top 10 Most Annoying Jobs

Updated on June 30, 2014

Your Job Is NOT That Bad At All!

Problems getting up early in the morning? Hate it when you hit a traffic jam? The days just seem to last forever and ever? You feel you work too hard for the little money you're earning? If you could, you would change your job. But I assure you, after reading this lens..... you will thank God on your bare knees for your own job. Except if you have another most annoying job, I didn't mention. If I've forgotten about one, please tell people all about it in the Guestbook Module. We love to hear your story!

Now start reading and picture yourself working in one of those jobs!

Number 10

People Begging You To Try to Buy

Sometimes when you go to a mall, you'll see people there standing behind a stand or just walking around with stuff. They really want you to try cheese, coffee, fish and of course buy all sorts of things from them.

Even when you say NO, they will continue to tell you how great it is and you really need it. Your life is just not complete without those products or foods. When you're by yourself, you can just keep on walking. But when you have a child, mother or other person that is easy to persuade, it's much harder!

When you like this job and want to be good at it. You really should read one off the books below.

You Can Sell Everything You Want

Just read those books and succeed

Number 9

Flying by with Flyers

Maybe some of you think this is fun and when you see some people hand out flyers. In fact they always look like they are enjoying it.

But just imagine yourself standing in front of a store in a busy shopping street handing out flyers. People ignore you, give you a grumpy look. It's cold and it just started to rain.

You... promoting other people's stuff and making little money doing that.

I can imagine that when you're promoting a charity event or your own products, you would really be excited to distribute flyers.

Number 8

Cleaning after Cleaning

This would be such a bummer. Just when you finished doing all those annoying household chores, you have to start all over again at your own place. I don't mind cleaning a lot. Also because we got a Roomba doing all the vacuum-cleaning. But I can imagine that after a hard day off work of cleaning and brushing, you just want to sit back and relax. Watch TV or doing something you enjoy. I would really hate it when I have to do cleaning all day..... day after day after day.

Number 7

Turn of that TV Judges

Maybe it's great to be one, but I really hate them shows with "over the top" TV judges like Maria Lopez. When I first saw that show, I thought it would be nice to watch.

Within minutes I was thinking that it couldn't possible be real. The subjects alone! Real judges wouldn't spend their time on subjects like cheating on your boyfriend. Or a house-owner who rented her house and found out the one who rented it was actually inviting a boy in! No.... not a big house party, but a friend who came over for a chat. I couldn't take that program serious after seeing it.

Number 6

Door-to-door salesman

Another door in your face. Another door that won't even open!

It must be hard to be a door-to-door salesman (or woman). And we must admit, it's not a fun job for both sides. So much effort is taken by the salesman/woman and so little results are seen. Only few people buy nowadays at their door. Most of the sales take place online or in shops.

Number 5

Making Telephone Surveys

Rush, rush to the telephone! With your tongue hanging out of your mouth you made it! Just in time. How great is it when you find out it's not your mother or friend on the other side? Not even an important phone call. No...... welcome to the world of surveys by telephone.

You just want to hang up on them. When you tell them you are not interested, they always ask you: "May I ask why?". Nowadays I always answer with "No" and then hang up. I used to be polite and answer that question, but my experience is they will continue to nag no matter what you say or how you react.

Number 4

Mosquito Research

This sounds like a lot of fun!? Letting mosquitoes sting you and get paid for it! Scientists are studying the biting habits of mosquitoes by putting themselves on the menu. I think they do a fantastic job in order to fight against Malaria.

I really don't like stinging insects at all, so this won't be my job... that's for sure!

Number 3

Black Banana Inspector

This is a "great" one as well... guess you never thought of this one. No I didn't mean real black (overripe) bananas, I meant the real #@%$. Animal dung is known to be an important fertilizer. Before it can be used, it must be checked. It can contain a lot of deadly ingredients like E.coli and salmonella. The inspectors have to search and wade through the faeces of animals. As you can imagine a faeces festive. Brrr.

Number 2

Road Kill Collector

When I was on holiday in America in 2009, I noticed there were a lot of dead animals along the side of the road. It made me very sad. I guess this won't be the perfect job for me.

A while ago I watched a show on Discovery Channel about a man that made dinner using dead animals he found aside of the road. At first I was shocked, but then I thought it was a great solution. People are having less and less to spend. The animals are dead already. And in the meat industry so much is thrown away. So many animals are killed. So if you ever find a dead animal and you dare to take it with you.... consider it.

And the ONE AND ONLY number 1

Helping The Reproduction of Animals

And no I'm not talking about having hens that lay eggs. I mean actually helping them! I won't give to much information on this one. But I will give a hint..... giving the animals a helping hand. That's all I have to say.

Really what are those people thinking. There must be another way? Eeh maybe the natural one? Oh no, that will cost money and too much time.

I don't find it annoying when you give an helping hand to animals, if there are people who wanna do that ok:) Of course I never could do that. But we should be really thankful for them that they do that and give them the respect...

for me the most annoying job is to sit everyday in the same office and type everyday the same stuff in the PC, that is really annoying and does not help anybody....

I work a job in retail. I'm verbally abused every day, and have even been "accidentally" (they did it on purpose but claimed otherwise) physically harmed by customers. But I can't say anything to them or I might lose my job (which I need). I think that is pretty annoying.

I understand that we get annoyed by people calling us on phones, sending us spam and trying to sell something when we are in a traffic jam, but thinking about them, they actually are trying to make a dime. Perhaps they do not have a degree or a white collar job, we should really do not detest them, whether buying or not buying.
