Vampire Diaries Season One

Elena Gilbert is starting a new school year after her parents were killed in a car crash when they accidentally drove their car drove off of Wickery Bridge.

She finds release writing in her journal, all of her thoughts, hopes and dreams. Telling herself she's going to move on with life.

She discovers a new student at her school, but who is he? Along with this new guy in town comes a whole lot of mysterious "deaths" from animal attacks. Who or what is to blame?

All of the girls melt and fall around Stefan, especially the sheriff's daughter Carolyn Forbes. Stefan has no interest in dating Carolyn as he only has eyes for one girl..... Elena! Will this put a kink into Elena and Carolyn's life long friendship?

Stefan's brother ends up in town stirring up a whole bunch of trouble, but he's not the only one. Stefan and Damon share an ex-girlfriend named Katherine Pierce. Katherine was the very same Vampire who turned both Damon and Stefan. She appears after some vampires were released from their tomb, the strange thing was that all of these vampires were all believed to be dead. So the question remains, how'd they survive?

Although it is kind of neat finding out that her best friend Bonnie is a witch, realizing the guy of your dreams is a blood sucking vampire is something totally different. Hopefully Elena and Stefan can work out their differences and get through this difficult time in their relationship.

Elena always seems to be in some kind of trouble and needing to be bailed out. Will Stefan and Damon be able to be there in time to save her?

With Damon in town, he is realizing how many feelings he has let for Katherine every single time he sees Elena, and Stefan can see right through his brother. Hopefully there won't be too much extra friction between the brothers. Even though they have their huge differences, they will soon realize how much they need each other in their lives.
