A Tribute to Grandma Jean

Dear Grandma Jean,

I know you would be so proud of me.

There is not a day that goes by that I don't think about you

You were the most positive, uplifting person I ever knew

I get so mad every time I think about how and why you had to go

But I know you are in a better place.

Sometimes I day dream about how I actually experienced an angel here on earth.

You were heaven sent.

I dream to embody someone of your caliber

Thank you for being a perfect example.

The other day in one of my classes my professor asked me if I had a hero and I couldn't think of anyone but you.

The older I get the more I realized how great you were and how much you not only impacted my life but others.

I can't seem to ever give up and I credit you for that.

You were so beautiful, intelligent, kind hearted, giving, honest, encouraging, non-judgmental and the list goes on.

Grandma, I know you are looking over us,

Please help me to help my family.

Live through me grandma, help me to touch others like you did.

I know there is hope for us, I promise I won't give up.

God will get the glory.
