Homemade Baby Wipes

Updated on July 13, 2015

Homemade Baby Products

If you have one baby or several in diapers, one thing that you go through as quickly as diapers is wipes. With an average cost of $2 - $3 a container of wipes, the cost adds up quickly.

To make the wipes, buy thick napkins (like Brawny) and cut them in half. Fill to the top of an old leftover wipes container.

Ingredients:

2 cups water (warm)

1/4 cup of aloe vera gel

1 teaspoon of vinegar

2 teaspoons of baby shampoo

5 drops each of tea tree oil and lavender oil

Mix together and pour over your wipes. Or you can pour the solution into a plastic spray bottle and spray on the wipes as needed.
