i have a four month old son and he has since birth been very uncofortble he had a forceps delivery during a c section
noone has listented to me since he was born i have felt there is somethin wrong ! but again and again am ignored!
now after a accident 2 fractures were found in his skull !!!!! and my son almost died ! i wud like to no the odds on this being for the forceps as wa i am goin throu atm is unbareable !
Sorry to hear about that. I hope all you are OK now!
Well... sometimes doctors use the forceps...but only in the last instance, when it is not possible to properly grab and hold the newborn.
In case the newborn is to small or hides deep in the ribcage.
The umbilical cord is wrapped around newborn's neck.
The incision done by doctor was not long enough and it became difficult to properly handle the baby.
The baby might have been laying transverse!
Anyway..it is unfortunate that this happened, you should ask you doctor why he did use the forceps, to clear it out!
Honestly i knew they use forceps for natural birth ONLY.

to be advertised in (in question and answer) and not be removed, When in the forum section you cannot do this. So, is it okay then to promote anything of yours (book or website) as long as it is in Q&A section?
