If it's true that 1 in 1,000 babies suffer from "hemiplegia," should Doctors be held accountable?
Well in my sons case where foreceps were used on top of the other obvious mistakes the doctor made then yes I do believe the doctor should be held accountable.. I never said it should be in all cases. But in the few where the doctors put the child at risk my answer is Yes.
Gabriellamichelle, I totally agree wth you. Haphazard Doctors have been the reason for many of these unfortunate conditions. I hope your son is doing well.

Some western gov that rather let orphan suffer then allow non western help ur thought?Eg 1/4 children in Russia, is homless orphan, Russia's gov say it's a problem, yet, do nothing/don't allow foreigner charities help...
