How do I begin to file a lawsuit against Ct DCF?
The "Destroyer of Children and Families" has taken my children. Because of this, I now suffer from severe depression, PTSD, and bipolar disorder and am on SSDI.
It depends on if you are wanting a criminal or civil suit. If you want civil it will depend on the max amount you are trying for. The best thing you can do is look for an attorney. If you call around you may be able to get a free consultation. Good luck.
