Drinking tea is a very healthy and enjoyable practice. Packed full of powerful antioxidants, and containing less caffine than coffee, tea is a wonderful (and beneficial) beverage choice. Green tea can help increase metabolism levels, and choosing tea over diet soft drinks and fruit juices can even help you lose weight. Drinking tea is also said to help increase mental health (i.e., relieve stress, calm the mind) and decrease the risk of many ailments (i.e., heart disease, high blood pressure). White Peach Wuyi Oolong Tea

Honey Vanilla Chamomile Tea

Celestial Seasonings' Honey Vanilla Chamomile Tea is my favorite tea for bedtime because it's caffeine-free and smells divine! You won't need any sweetener for this tasty treat, as its flavor is just perfect by itself. Also, the chamomile's calming abilities will help your body relax after a hard day!

      Yum, I want to print this page and take it to the store! I love tea and I always have boxes of the Yamamotoyama green, jasmine, and oolong teas. I'll have to try the flavored teas - they sound great!

      Interesting to read about these different teas. Some of the names of the teas mentioned here are quite poetic. Taste wise I liked the sound of the cinnamon plum tea as I am fond of both flavours. Peppermint tea is one I like as I find it to refreshing drink.
