3 Ways Of Tempura.
Do you like a good crispy tempura? Did you think making really crispy and airy tempura at home was impossible? Then, you are wrong. Use my tempura recipe and you can make perfectly crispy and light tempura even in 3 different ways at home Everytime.
Way-01: Chicken Tempura.
Ingredients:
- A bowl of cold water.
- 2 eggs.
- 1 cup all purpose flour.
- 1 cup corn flour.
- 1 &1/2 tsp salt or according to your taste.
- 1&1/2 tsp black pepper powder.
- 10 Chicken strips or as you required.
- 5 cups of oil for deep fry.
Instructions:
- Take a bowl of cold water.
- Add eggs and whisk well.
- Take another bowl, add all purpose flour and add cold water mixture in it.
- Mix it well.
- Then, add corn flour, salt, black pepper powder, whisk continuously to make a paste.
- Now, add chicken strips and coat them from all sides.
- Heat oil on high to medium flame and add chicken strips in it one by one.
- Cook for 6-7 minutes until golden brown in colour.
Way-02: Onion Tempura:
Ingredients:
- Take all the ingredients for coating as I took in chicken tempura to make flour mixture.
- 10 Onion Rings or as you required.
- 5 cups of oil.
Instructions:
- After making flour mixture, pour all these onion rings and coat them properly.
- Then, add them in oil one by one.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Way-03: Vegetable Tempura.
Ingredients:
- Again take all the ingredients as I took in chicken tempura, mix them to make a flour mixture for coating.
- 1/2 cup capsicum (chopped)
- 1/2 cup white part of green onion ( chopped)
- 1/2 cup shredded capsicum
- 5 cups of oil.
Instructions:
- After making flour mixture, add all the vegetable in it and coat them from all sides.
- Heat oil on high to medium flame.
- Pour all these vegetables in the form of fritters.
- Cook for 4-5 minute until the vegetables are cooked.
Yield: 4 serving.
Time: 25 minutes.
