A Simple Tasty Snack - Olives in Cheese Dough
250 grams of grated yellow cheese
250g grated salty cheese
2 eggs (+ 1 egg to brush)
100 grams of melted butter
1 cup flour (non-swelling)
Pitted green olives
In a bowl, mix cheese, butter, and eggs and gradually add the flour until the dough is flexible and comfortable.
Take from the dough a small chunk (about the size of a ping-pong ball), flatten it, and place an olive in the middle).
Close the dough around the olive and form a ball and place in a lined baking sheet.
Prune one egg and brush the balls (You can also sprinkle sesame / chard / za'atar over), place in a preheated oven at 180-200 degrees until they get a brownish golden color.
