The benefits and properties of this preparation

This recipe really makes your mouth water: it is sweet and delicious but not cloying, a feature that makes it a preparation suitable for all tastes. However, we must also consider that its benefits from a nutritional point of view are really many. In fact, this recipe sees Chaga mushroom as its first ingredient. It is a vegetable known for some time for its medicinal properties … so much so that it is called by the experts "Mushroom of Health"!

Among the many benefits that it can bring to the human body, we find its ability to regulate hormonal balance and to counteract cellular ageing by defending DNA. It is also rich in vitamins, including D. Therefore, the smoothie with almond drink and fondant flakes are already made special by this particular mushroom. However, there are also other elements that we need to consider …

This drink is low in calories and fat. It contains white yoghurt, which boasts the almost total absence of lactose, which makes it much more digestible than other dairy products. This ingredient is particularly beneficial thanks to the presence within it of probiotic enzymes which, as is well known, help the natural regularity of the intestine and promote the absorption of calcium, magnesium and phosphorus by the body.

On the other hand, we also have the almond drink that offers a high number of vitamins, including E, and a significant contribution of magnesium, phosphorus, calcium, potassium, iron, zinc, selenium and manganese. It is also rich in fibre, excellent for detoxifying the body, cleansing the colon and keeping the balance of the gastrointestinal system under control.

It is ideal in the morning, especially at breakfast, accompanied by coffee and other foods.

Being a drink rich in vitamins and minerals, it can give the body the energy necessary to start the day on the right foot and to complete it with strength, energy and with all the nutrients that are needed.
