Amazing Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

You know all my life I have loved cooking. My Grandmother started teaching me to fry the best fried chicken in the world when I was 9 and by 10 I was helping Grandmother to make what she called Amazing Chocolate Chip Cookies. And my Grandmothers Chocolate Chip Cookies were simply amazing and she won blue ribbons at fairs for years for these cookies. Over the years since then I have made these cookies and served them at Restaurants and Cafes all over the south. In 1997 I won the award for the Worlds Best Chocolate Chip Cookie for this recipe. When I accepted the award I gave my Grandmother credit for teaching me to make these wonderful cookies. And you can to if you follow the below recipe.

1 Stick Of Real Butter Softened

1 Cup Of Regular Brown Sugar

3 Tablespoons Regular White Granulated Sugar

1 Large Egg

2 Teaspoons Real Vanilla Extract

2 Cups Plain Flour

1 Level Teaspoon Baking Powder

1 Level Teaspoon Baking Soda

A Dash Of Regular Table Salt

2 Teaspoons Instant Nescafe Coffee

1 1/2 Cups Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

You will want to preheat your oven to 300 degrees. Then you want to cream your butter with your sugars in a mixing bowl with a hand mixer until it is fluffy.

Then beat in your vanilla extract and the egg.

Add in the rest of your dry ingredients and your chocolate chips and mix together well. Make sure all your ingredients are mixed together very well.

With a 1 Oz. Scoop drop your cookie dough onto a greased cookie sheet about 3 inches apart. You will want to bake your cookies at 300 degrees for about 18-22 minutes until your cookies are brown around the edges. Remove with a spatula and place on plates to cool. I guarantee you that these cookies are the best you will ever eat. So why not go to the Super Market and get the ingredients to make these Amazing Chocolate Chip Cookies. Be sure you have some cold milk when these cookies come out of the oven.
