Macaroni and Cheese is Delicious Anytime You Have a Meal Time
This recipe is being used by permission from Pam Avery and Alexis Nash, Hamilton, Ala., "Home of The South's Best Cooks." I know these two girls really well and I can assure you that you can use the ingredients in (this) recipe and feel confident that you and your family will be able to dine and enjoy this dish without worry. Here Are Your Delicious Ingredients:
1 lb. elbow macaroni
1 can golden mushroom soup
1/2 c. finely-chopped onions
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. cheddar cheese, grate
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
Salt, to taste
Now, You Are Almost Ready . . .
Cook macaroni; drain. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Place into baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbling. Serve. Note: I know that you may feel strange at wanting to be first to serve, but there may not be any left of this wonderfully-delicious recipe.
