Asian Inspired Tofu, Green Beans & Brown Rice
Healthy, delicious dinner with little effort
Serves 4, minimal prep, approx 40 min until dinner (with time to set the table)
- Trader Joe's Firm tofu
- Trader Ming's Soyaki
- Trader Joe's Frozen Green Beans
- Trader Joe's Jasmine Brown Rice
- Cook rice according to package directions for the quantity desired
- Drain & slice tofu into 1/4 in thick rectangles
- Marinate cut tofu in 1/2 cup of Trader Ming's Soyaki for 20 minutes
- Preheat oven to 400°
- Place tofu on cookie sheet, bake in over for 10 minutes, then flip & continue for 10-15 more, until lightly browned.
- Steam package of green beans
- Serve green beans & tofu over rice. Drizzle with additional soyaki sauce, if desired.
