1. Banana- coconut fry
This is a very simple recipe that can be prepared in just 5 minutes! Let’s try!
Ingredients
1. Ripe banana - ½ kg
2. Grated coconut - 1 cup
3. Ghee - 2 tbsp
4. Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
5. Sugar - 4 tsp
Preparation and Cooking
1. Cut banana into round or oval shape (as you like) pieces with almost ½ cm thickness.
2. Add and mix all the other ingredients except ghee with the banana pieces.
3. Heat 2 tbsp of ghee in a frying pan and fry it until it turns light brown.
4. Banana- coconut fry is ready! Try it!
2. Beda

Yields: 8-10 pieces
Ingredients
1. Maida - 250 g
2. Onion (Big) - 1 no
3. Green chilli - 3 nos
4. Ginger - 1 piece
5. Curry leaves - 1 stem
6. Coconut oil - as required for frying
7. Salt - as required
8. Hot water - as required
Preparation and Cooking
1. Chop the items no.2 to 5 finely and keep aside.
2. Add hot water and salt (as required) to maida flour and mix well.
3. To this, add the finely chopped items (2 to5) and mix well. Keep aside for 5 minutes.
4. Make small balls out of it.
5. Heat coconut oil (as required for frying) in a frying pan and fry these balls (beda) until they become golden brown.
6. Now Beda is READY! Serve hot.

1. Milk - ½ litre
2. Almond - 25 g
3. Pista - 25 g
4. Dates - 25 g
5. Cashew nuts - 25 g
6. Ground nuts - 25 g
7. Cardamom powder - ¼ tsp
8. Raisins - 25 g
9. White sesame seeds - 2 tsp
10. Horlicks or Boost - 2 tsp
11. Sugar - as required
Preparation
1. Grind all the ingredients in a blender.
2. Garnish it with almonds or cashew nuts and serve chilled.
6. Apple-Dates shake

Ingredients
1. Apple - ½ kg
2. Dates (seedless) - ½ kg
3. Sugar - 1 kg
4. Milk - 1 litre
5. Water - as required
6. Ice cubes - as required
Preparation
1. Remove the skin of apples and cut them into small pieces. Keep aside.
2. Clean the dates well with water.
3. Grind the sliced apples, dates and half litres of milk with 1 kg of sugar in a blender.
4. Then add the ice cubes into it and again grind it well.
5. Apple-Dates shake is now ready! Serve chilled.
