When you need an energy boost, berries release their sugars slowly, so this slush is the perfect pick me up!

SERVES 2

YOU WILL NEED

* A food processor

* 40g/ 2 oz blueberries

* 100g/ 4 oz raspberries, thawed if frozen

* 1 tsp clear honey

* 300ml/ 10 fl oz live or bio yogurt

* 1 heaped tbsp crushed ice

* 1 tbsp sesame seeds

METHOD:

Place the blueberries into a food processor and blend until a slushy consistency is reached. Then add the raspberries, honey and yogurt and process for a further minute. Next add the ice and sesame seeds and process again for a further minute. Finally pour into 2 seperate tall glasses and serve
